This is information in regards to the mail flow rule set up to redirect any emails sent into SR@centrexit.com from specific client domain to be re-routed to Help@centrexit.com:

• log into M365 > EAC

• go to Mail flow > rules

• you should see the rule “CW to DS redirection”

• 

• click into this section with all the domain names to edit it

• 

• put in client’s domain name in the form “@clientdomain.com”. then click OK

• 

• then click Save once you returned to the previous pop up
