Section titled “Summary”To create a support ticket, please click on this URL and sign in using your centrexIT Microsoft account. Anyone in the organization can create the support ticket, provided they have Contract ID/Access ID listed below.

Once a ticket is created please add the client vITM, Mike Hicks, Sean Ernst, and Andy Albrecht to the support ticket. This can be done during creation or once created go to the ticket, click the sharing tab, then put in the email addresses for those users and anyone else that may be assisting on the ticket.
