- POS: P21 is the POS system. End users access this system through the Wyse thin clients. Which have been installed on the counters. There are 5-7 Wyse clients on the counters, depending on the store.
- If P21 is down this is considered a Major outage, and causing RCP to lose money. Any outage in this system needs to be considered a Priority 1.
- Check in with Ed\Pete to see if I can get a number for the loss of revenue if a store is down…
- Shortel for RCP are just as critical as P21, and if this system is down, not routing properly, Etc… it needs to be treated as a priority 1 issue.
- Printing for RCP is important. The main print server for the stores is RCP-Print. If this system is down it’s not a major outage as RCP has MFP printers at all the store, and these are install\deployed from the second print server RCP-MFP.
