Login to centrexIT CITS2 - DC, FS server

Navigate to \\cits2\Software\Quickbooks\Quickbooks Enterprise 2019

(Enterprise 19 is the most current at the time of this writing, find the current year’s folder)

Run the Setup_ quickbooksenterprise19.exe file on the user machine

Follow the wizard to complete installation 

**Enterprise 19 License number: 511847149094797

**Product number: 974270

Once installation is complete, open Quickbooks and configure it using the zip code 92123

Select “Enterprise Professional Services” from the product types

Enter predetermined username and password

Once configured and open, map the desired working Quickbooks file within the Quickbooks File Host Folder: “\\cit-qb\quickbooks file host folder”

Verify the document successfully opens 

**Only five licenses are available at this time, so only two users are able to use Quickbooks at any given time. If it is not opening, verify that no other users are currently logged in.
