Qbox Setup for AtaCor users
Section titled “Qbox Setup for AtaCor users”-
Install the latest Version of Quickbooks Pro supplied by the user

License the application with the Product Key or the user account

Once it is installed, you can close Quickbooks Pro, do not try to open the company file from within Quickbooks itself

Install the latest version of Q-Box: Installing Qbox

Sign in with the users Qbox account

Verify the path of the Qbox file matches the path of the file on their existing system

Please confirm user approval before you break the Q-Box connection on the old device.

Confirm configuration and transfer to the new laptop

You can now open the company file from Qbox so that it records the sync and editing process across active users.
NOTE: At the time of writing, only Suzan Hughes and Beth Hughes are using Qucikbooks+Q-Box configuration.

- Repeat for each step (should be less than 10 steps – if more steps are required, determine is it should be a SOP)
