Force delta sync from LPA-DC in admin PowerShell: Start-ADSyncSyncCycle -PolicyType Delta Log into 365 admin center and validate user synced and is there Grant the requested license Verify user is in selected groups Log into the LPA-APP server and verify application icons are there
Send credentials to person who filled out the form
