LibreChat is an open sourced web frontend system that integrates with multiple Large language Models (LLMs), in addition to other systems. centrexIT has setup LibreChat to host our internal AI system that we will make available for everyone at centrexIT.

Agents Available

  • ChatCIT

    ChatCIT is the all around chatbot for centrexIT. Aimed and providing help to troubleshoot from the perspective of an IT Services company who delivers services to external customers.

  • Bob the Builder

    Bob is a budgeting chatbot who is trained on centrexIT professional services projects, procedures, and pricing. Bob provides quick budgetary numbers to be able to discuss with clients without having to get a full scope built out.

  • HRBot

    Trained on centrexIT public HR Documents, most specifically our HR handbook. Any questions related to general PTO, days off, etc.

  • SnapIT

    Image creation chatbot. Great for use with creating images for powerpoints, sales/marketing material, or just for fun!

LLM’s available (as of July 1, 2025)

  • OpenAI GPT 4.1

    OpenAI’s latest model excels at complex reasoning, code generation, and handling long documents.

  • Gemini Flash 2.5

    Google’s Gemini Flash is a fast, multimodal model with real-time image and audio capabilities.

  • Anthropic Claude Sonnet

    Anthropic’s Claude Sonnet 4 specializes in nuanced instruction following, visual data extraction, and deep reasoning.


Assumptions are LibreChat has been setup according to best practices and centrexIT controls are in place for Disaster recovery and security protocols.

Risks are minor, all AI integrations are private to centrexIT. Consumption and usage will be monitored through internal tools deployed to LibreChat.
