- Log in to the NAV server via SC, see PWDSTATE for creds.
- Open “Dynamics NAV”
- Use centrexit@prosperitynow.org M365 creds in PWDSTATE.
- Go to “Departments”, “IT Administration”, “General” and click “Users”.
- Click “New”
- Enter Username, firstinitalLastname. Enter full name. Enter Authentication email (users m365 email). Change Authentication Statue to “Active”. Hit “OK”.
- After user is created, select from list of users and click “Permission Sets” to set permissions.
- Set permissions, ask requestor if not provided in request. Read = READ Edit = D365-BASIC Admin = SUPER. Other granular permission on request. Hit “OK”
- Report to requestor that user is created. They can access the server by RDP at 10.0.0.4 and log in to “Dynamics NAV”
