To ensure users can access email as needed and not be blocked by Conditional Access Country block.

Navigate to CIPP

  1. Select “Conditional Access”

  2. Select “CA Vacation Mode”

  3. Click the “Select Tenant” field

  4. Select the company needed.

  • For this example Belardi Wong was selected.
  1. Select ” Select User”

  2. Search for the correct user and select

  3. Select “Conditional Access Policies in COMPANYNAME”

  4. Click “Geoblocking Policy”.

  • It could also be labled Geofence, country block, etc., depending in the client.
  1. Click “Scheduled Start Date”

  2. Select the day of the month

  3. Click the time needed to start time

  • If no time is provided, use best judgement)
  1. Click “Scheduled End Date”

  2. Select the date requested

  3. Click the time needed for the end time

  • If no time is provided, use best judgement)
  1. Click “Set Vacation Mode” to set the exclusion

  1. Create a relationship back to related process. Note: Please add KB relationships to core process, process, SOPs or other WIs on the right.
