1. Software can be installed during business hours as the application does not require a reboot.
2. IMPORTANT: Add new year’s version or updates on the following session hosts (NOT ADMIN CLOUD)

1. Click link from Bloomberg BNA Software support

2. Enter Customer ID
3. Enter Access code

4. Enter details as shown in screenshot below
5. Provide email address that you can get the installer link delivered

6. Download software and install on required session hosts (review Complete Criteria Section)

• IMPORTANT: If you get an error installing over a previous instance, uninstall the previous version from Control Panel

11. Make sure “Income Tax Planner With 50 States” radio button is selected

15. IMPORTANT: Uncheck “Create a desktop shortcut to Default Data Directory”
16. Click Install

17. After install and the app opens select Activate Online
18. Product key should be auto-populated
19. For the point-of-contact use: andid@gpw.cpa
20. Continue
21. Click Finish
22. When the app opens click No to change the default state
