Section titled “Completion Criteria:”User can log into the Synology camera system for their site and view the Surveillance camera option

Steps:
Section titled “Steps:”Access request must be approved by Victoria Dawson or Jada Brathwaite
- Add the user to the proper CCTV site in OKTA. Example: If user needs access to Magnolia CCTV, in OKTA add user to Magnolia CCTV group.
- Go into the Synology CCTV site that you gave access to, you can log in via IP address while connected to the DC. IP addresses are available in 1Password in FSA > Network Devices
- Log in with the “fsait” account which is in 1Password.
- Go into Control Panel > Domain/LDAP > click on Domain User > find and click on the user, then click on Edit > click on Applications then click on Allow for Surveillance Station
- Save. Then check that the user can log into the site and see the Surveillance Station for that CCTV site.
