- Login into a domain controller and launch AD.
- Create a new user account with the firstname.lastname format as shown below
- Create a random password and take note.
- Open the user properties and confirm their email is input, as shown below
- Add the user to the “Sherwood Mechanical” security group as shown below
- Login into M365 and assign a Business premium license.
- Schedule a session with the user to perform the following:
- Run all Windows Updates
- Add network printers
- Ensure access to Vista
- Ensure access to Quotesoft
- Ensure Bluebeam is installed and set as default PDF
- Chrome is installed and set as default browser.
- All complete!
