Novoron User Offboarding Steps:

Section titled “M365 Admin Center:”- Login into admin.microsoft.com utilizing creds in PWState
- Search for the user in the search bar and select the user
- Select “Block sign-in” and then select “Reset password” with a randomly generated password.
- If the POC would like the account suspended and have the license removed, please “Convert to shared mailbox” first as shown below

Launch https://novoron.slack.com/admin with the current Google creds

Locate the user, select the ”…” button and select “deactivate account”
