- Begin by opening the Run dialog via the keyboard shortcut
(Win + R)or by searching for Run in the Windows Search bar - Enter
\\sdhs-prs-1and pressEnterto bring up the printers on the print server - Find the appropriate printer
- Right-click the printer and select Connect
- If after this the printer will not print, and it can be confirmed that there is a Konica Minolta label on it:
- Open Microsoft Run again with
(Win + R) - Enter
controland pressEnter - Navigate to Hardware and Sound -> Devices and Printers
- Right-click the applicable Konica Minolta printer and select printing preferences
- Go to the Basic tab and select Account tracking..
- Enter your department name and accounting code (reach out to your supervisor if you’re not sure of this info)
- Press Verify
- Open Microsoft Run again with
- The printer should now be fully connected to your device
