When VXvue stops working on the X-Ray machine, they are unable to send X-Rays to providers

• Cause – The IP changed on the endpoint the X-Ray software connects to.
• Solution – In VXvue, go to settings tab, DICOM tab, then Storage tab.
  Document the IP it’s connecting to, then go to the endpoint the software connects to (Radiology) SPL-MJ0AGM48 and statically assign the IP: 10.50.10.57.
  Have the techs resend the X-Rays
