Adstra / Belardi Wong Ring Central - Block Number Globally for Scam/Phishing Calls and Texts

This is a walk through on how to add a number to the block list from calling and sending text to Adstra / BW Ring Central environment


STEPS:

  1. Log onto Ring Central - Credentials and link in PasswordState
  2. From the portal, go to Users
  3. Search for centrexIT Support. This is a Super Admin account
  4. Expand “Screening, Greeting & Hold Music”
  5. Click on the “Blocked Calls” tab
  6. Put in phone number and then click on Add
  7. Scroll down and click on Save

This completes on how to add a number to the block list in Ring Central for all users globally
