Purpose:
Section titled “Purpose:”The purpose of this WI is to show the steps needed to submit a focused recognition form when we witness an employee who demonstrates one or more of our cultural beliefs: Just Own It, No Surprises, and Quality First. This form can also be used to capture feedback from a client or vendor who also recognizes a demonstration of our values and beliefs.
Scope:
Section titled “Scope:”The scope includes all centexIT employees, contractors, clients, vendors or other third parties who want a cIT recognized for demonstrating our beliefs. Exclusion: Any external feedback would need to be independent of a CSAT survey.
Responsibility:
Section titled “Responsibility:”All centrexIT employees should support the process and recognize their co-workers efforts to strengthen our culture.
Completion Criteria:
Section titled “Completion Criteria:”A form should be completed in the CIT Focused Recognition space.
Records:
Section titled “Records:”A completed form in the CIT Focused Recognition Space.
Steps:
Section titled “Steps:”- Click into the centrexIT Team One space, and select the CIT Focused Recognition channel
- Locate the “Recognition Form” link at the top of the page, click to open the form.
- Fill out the form:

I want to recognize - Enter the name (as it appears in Outlook) or the email address of the person you wish to recognize.

For demonstrating - Select from one of the three cultural beliefs displayed by the radio buttons.

If multiple beliefs have been demonstrated, you can add it to the notes section.

In the following manner - Add details the want the recipient to recognized for.

By doing this - Select one of the four metrics which ties the action back to a desired result impacting one of the company goals.

Where should your recognition be posted - You have a choice to submit the recognition form either privately, so only the recipient will see it, or publically for all to see and celebrate.

Check the email receipt box if you want a copy of the form you submit.
