- Click correct PO#
- > Products
- Click Product ID
- > Receiving Information [2nd box on products page]
- Mark as received
- Input received quantity #
- Click ‘Close’ checkbox
- Click blue “RECIVE” button
- Click close and save
- Add note that item received and location
- > Service Desk
- Service Board “Ordering Board
- Summary Description > *TK#
- Click ticket > *TK#
- > notes > little clock top left corner
- Example: “received 8GB RAM – placed on Rack A Shelf 3”
- Billable > No Charge
- Click save and close
