There is not currently a new user form for TLC. New user requests come from Talon or Kelly.

Create user in on-prem Active Directory*

• *Note that Active Directory and M365 are not currently linked. Both must be created separately.

1. Receive request to create user from Kelly Berardini or Talon Ellithorpe
2. Login to VPN (see VPN KB: KB00003964)
3. RDP to TLCDC3 and open Active Directory
4. Create user in “TLC Users” group
5. use first intial, last name (i.e. bmeans)
6. make user member of “CPS_All”

Create user in M365 for email and app access

1. Login to M365 (https://portal.office.com)
2. Check license count
3. If necessary, have DQ add license
4. Create account as firstinitiallastname@tlcdoctors.com (i.e. bmeans@tlcdoctors.com)
5. Apply license
6. Add to any groups requested
7. Always add to “TLC-All”

Once completed, inform Kelly (kberardini@tlcdoctors.com) and Talon (tellithorpe@tlcdoctors.com) so that they can complete SaaS application creation.
