NOTE: Verify user’s OU has been authenticated with the SonicWall

Work Instruction that can be provided to client is attached as “TLC VPN and RDP Work Instruction.pdf”

  • Navigate to 12.128.88.226
  • Have the user sign in, if they cannot sign in, the OU may not have been synced with SonicWall, or it is in the process of syncing

*You can sign in with the Administrator account to get the downloader for NETExtender

  • Click Here To Download Extender
  • Run Client
  • Hit next
  • Accept the terms
  • Hit next
  • Once the installation is complete complete and NETEXtender is open, paste the address 12.138.88.226:4433 in the Server field
  • Have the user sign in, and the Tustin VPN should now be active
  • Open the Remote Desktop Client

  • Add “10.1.1.16” in the Computer field to access the Terminal Server

  • Add “tlc.local\username” in the user name field

  • Check the box for “Allow me to save credentials”

  • And click “Save As”

  • Save the shortcut to the users Desktop with the title “TLC EHR”

  • The below desktop is what the final product should look like for the user once logged in, Billing users will utilize the “CPS Client”
