Troubleshooting steps to try if Halo isn’t working correctly:

Hard refresh the page (press Ctrl + F5 together)

Clear the browser cache

Try a different browser

Has this occurred more than once and to more than 1 person?

If issues continue, submit a defect ticket to the Halo team to work on. When creating this ticket, please make sure to take a full screenshot and the page URL.

Make sure to click on Go To icon next to the Company name on the slide out before capturing the URL.
