• Logon to JJDC01 or JJDC02

• Create a new user in the JANDJDOMAIN.LOC>Johnson and Jennings>(choose office per spec form.

• Use the new user specification form to complete

• Confirm User Login Name is set to all lowercase FIRSTNAME @ ( if not available, please contact Naomi Lohnes)

• Set Default Password to a random combination of the following format:

• Aaa11111 (uppercase, lowercase, lowercase, number, number, number, number, number)

• Make the correct domain is selected. Johnsonandjennings.com

              

• Under the General Tab add the job title under the description.

• Add the office address and email address.

              

• Fill out the Organization tab per spec form.

              

• Add the user to the corresponding security groups for drive access. Use the spec form to determine what drive and what access you need to grant.

Field Read-Only access:

• Security group - JJFS-Field-RO

Field Read Write access:

• Security group - JJFS-Field-RW

Office Read Only access:

• Security group - JJFS-Office-RO

Office Read Write access:

• Security group - JJFS-Office-RW

• If the user is checked for VPN access, please make the user a “member of” the LDAP-VPN-ACCESS group.

• Confirm the user is part of the Printer GPO.

• Login to the corresponding location Konica and add the user to the address book

• 192.168.0.202 - Back Office – San Diego

• 192.168.0.205 - Front Office - San Diego

• 192.168.60.30 - Anaheim

• Open Powershell on DC and sync AD to 365 with the command: Start-ADSyncSyncCycle -PolicyType Delta

• Log into PORTAL.OFFICE.COM using admin credentials documented in 1Password.

• Assign the licenses requested in the spec form, this will be Microsoft 365 Business Premium and/or Project for Office 365.

• For email only account please use Exchange Online Plan 1. If you need to purchase one proceed to do so and just update the vITM. (Microsoft billing is on the company credit card) Any questions please reach out to vITM
