An application Avista uses in conjunction with Quickbooks to pull invoices and send out invoices to their clients.
Per Reggie: FileMaker is the database they use to run the operations side of the business, it in conjunction with QuickBooks are their two main centralized database apps. FileMaker contains Orders, WorkOrders, Shipping, CustSvr, and IP information.
What do we do with it?
We can assist with troubleshooting, but anything that has to do with application support should first be worked though with Reggie, then brought to their support.
