TP-Link Deco Wireless Mesh
Section titled “TP-Link Deco Wireless Mesh”Entos main office, as of onboarding, uses QTY (3) TP-Link AC1300 Deco M5 wireless mesh access points. These were set up by CEO John using the TP-Link mobile app. There is no way to manage it using the web interface.
The APs are on DHCP mode. You can see the current IP as of this writing, along with the MAC Address.
Since they are on DHCP, they are not imported into N-central.

Troubleshooting:
Section titled “Troubleshooting:”-Perform basic troubleshooting steps, such as power cycling the APs.
-Run an advanced IP scan from the management computer to ensure there are 3 APs online.
-If APs are not visible on the network, send tech onsite to investigate further. You may need to coordinate with CEO John to access the app
IT Road Map:
Section titled “IT Road Map:”-vITM and vCIO will discuss options for standardizing their network infrastructure. These TP-link APs will soon be replaced with Meraki APs or better, pending approved project.
