Section titled “Entos New User Creation Steps:”Google Workspace Admin Center
Section titled “Google Workspace Admin Center”- Login into Google Admin
- Select “Directory” then “Users”
- Locate user
- Reset user’s password & suspend if requested
- Select “security” > “sign-in cookies” and clear
- Select “Groups”
- Select all groups in list and remove the user from every group
Sophos:
Section titled “Sophos:”- Login into Sophos gateway and delete the account if we are suspending the user
Dropbox:
Section titled “Dropbox:”- Login into Dropbox and deactivate the account
