Craig Lloyd is the HR Manager and can have approval process

  1. Log onto M365 (see 1Password for credentials)
  2. Go to EAC
  3. Search the mailbox and go to Mobile Devices > View Details
  4. If you see any devices here, please highlight to select and then click delete
  5. Convert the mailbox into a shared mailbox if requested
  6. Grant “Full Mailbox Access” to anyone listed in the offboard form once converted
  7. Hide the mailbox (unless “Keep email account enabled but change password”)
  8. Go to Azure AD locate user
  9. Modify the Authentication Methods
  10. Go to the User from the Admin section
  11. Remove from all groups and noted them in the ticket
  12. Force sign out on all session
  13. Block sign in and reset password
  14. If it’s converted the shared mailbox or if the “Remove Office 365 License” was selected, remove the license
  15. For Zoho and Fishbowl access, please refer to KB00003197
