Below is a list of accounting email boxes and their purposes. Please follow this chart:

| invoices@centrexit.com | Send all new invoices that centrexIT has not yet paid and still needs to pay to this mailbox. These documents will be entered into BILL for approval and payment. | Do not send any other documents or communications to this mailbox. |
| receipts@centrexit.com | Send all receipts for items not recorded on an employee expense report to this mailbox. | This applies to most monthly, quarterly or annual subscriptions like: HubSpot, Zoom, Linkedin, etc. that are paid with the administrative corporate credit card held by the Controller for cIT. |
| accounting@centrexit.com | Send all general accounting questions or communications to this mailbox. | Examples are: General accounting questions Client questions and requests relating to account balances or statement requests Vendor statements, questions, and payment requests W-9 or Certificate of Insurance requests |
