**TROUBLESHOOTING**

If iPads cannot connect while on the cell connection, then they may be trying to connect to the POS server using the host name for the Cradlepoint. If this is the case, then they need to delete out the host name and enter the Public IP for the Cradlepoint.

**Known issue**

If client calls reporting login issues and you notice when checking services that “NorthStar Order Entry” which is an automatic service is not running and will not manually start this is an issue with Microsoft Messaging Queue. Search on the server for “turn windows features on or off” and uncheck Microsoft Message Queue (MSMQ) Server and click okay. After some prompts and a reboot. Go back and turn MSMQ back on and make sure the above NorthStar service will start.

**ROOT CAUSE: Computer name may be too long for the Northstar system. The limitation is 15 Characters.
