- Documented groups with a screenshot and attach to ticket
- Remove the user groups
- Clear the direct report in the Organization tab
- set the user mail name
- make sure the email address section is set on the user’s profile
- Hise user from Address Book within user attributes
- Move AD user object to disabled users OU
M365 Admin Center
Section titled “M365 Admin Center”- Block account sign-in within M365 and reset the password
- Convert to a shared mailbox
- Give the manager, or whomever POC requests, access to their data/mailbox
- Documented groups with a screenshot and attach to ticket
- remove the groups
- Remove M365 license
- Navigate to EntraID and reset the users Authentication methods and Sessions
