- Connect to the end-point using Screen Connect
- Login to the end-point as localuser (or local admin account)
- If not able to login as localuser, or a local admin account. Please work with an escalation point to get an admin account added to the end-point through Nable.
- Navigate to Access work or school
- Click on “Join this device to Azure Active Directory.
- Once prompted have the user put in their creds.
- The end-user will be prompted to Multi-Factor Authenticate.
- Once account has been verified you will see the following
- Sign out of the computer as local admin
- Have user login using their UPN (full email address)
- Have the user Multifactor Authenticate once prompted
- When prompted have user setup pin.
