- Login to RCP-NOC-DC1
- Find the users account
- Right click on the account, and Click P21 AD Integration.
- Check the users on-boarding form for the information the 4 fields.
- Active Directory Role
- Example: Retail Managers.
- Location
- Example: 104
- Branch
- Example: 004
- Company ID: 1
- Click Accept
- As long as all the fields are setup properly the user will be able to login to P21 using there Active Directory Creds.
