New User Add
- Connect to the endpoint using Screen Connect or Nable
- Login to the endpoint as localuser (or local admin account)
- If not able to login as localuser, or a local admin account. Please work with an escalation point to get an admin account added to the endpoint through Nable.
- Navigate to Access work or school
- Find the account currently registered to the endpoint
- Click on the account, and click “Disconnect”
- When prompted put in the local admin creds, and click OK
- Once prompted, click “restart”
- Login to the computer as local admin
- Get the host of the of the end-point.
- Login to the M365 MDM management console for the client.
- Find the end-point by hostname.
- Delete the End-point from Intune.
- Go back to the end-point, and click connect
- Click on “Join this device to Azure Active Directory.
- IMPORTANT: If data transfers are required. Per client request, they have requested we take screenshots to help ensure data from the Source (old computer) and the Destination (new computer) match up or are reasonable in comparison.

IMPORTANT: Verify if Onedrive is enabled and fully synced!

Move all non-synced data from Source to Destination (eg Downloads, Pictures, C:\ and D:)

IMPORTANT: Take screenshots and post in public notes of the ticket! Recommend Treesize to show size on both the Source and the Destination.
