WI to help configure mail functions to work within Jonas Cloud.

REQUIREMENTS

• User will need to use their Western Pump or Doehrman (AZ Offices) M365 email address credentials to login and create the connection.
• Examples

• AZ: johnd@doehrman.com

STEPS

• Please see the attached work instruction from the vendor.

TIPS

• Have the user test their credentials at https://office.com
• If using the automatic mail configuration fails have user log back into the Jonas Cloud’s Remote Desktop and click “Reset-Jonas-Session”
