WI for processing Offboarding Requests.

  • Offboarding/IT Termination Requests (ITR) come from an authorized POC (Reference KB00001867)

  • 1Password > Domain\Service Accounts > cIT AD Account

  • N-Central/Screen Connect > Western Pump > WP-DC01

  • 1Password > Websites > WP MS O365 Admin Account (All locations are now in WP M365)

  1. Prioritize ticket based on urgency in the request.
  2. AD action
  • Users should be Disabled but not moved to disabled users to avoid mailbox getting removed.

  • Remove all user groups

  1. M365 action
  • Disable and remove allocated licenses

  • Remove users from all AzureAD Groups

  1. Coordinate the uninstall of any requested PBAs
  2. Set an appointment with the appropriate site POC to get the computer on the network (reference KB00002147 [retired])
  3. Double-check N-Central for any other PBAs the client may have (KB00002137)
  4. Coordinate with requested POC if data retrieval is necessary- local or OneDrive
  • Deleting User data allows the device to be reused.
  1. Send an email to appropriate POC for Telephony/Mobile devices to be turned in/deactivated
  1. For Telework Only employees coordinate delivery back to the appropriate site location (reference KB00002147 [retired])
