- Prioritize ticket based on urgency in the request.

Users should be Disabled but not moved to disabled users to avoid mailbox getting removed.

Remove all user groups

Disable and remove allocated licenses

Remove users from all AzureAD Groups
- Coordinate the uninstall of any requested PBAs
- Set an appointment with the appropriate site POC to get the computer on the network (reference KB00002147 [retired])
- Double-check N-Central for any other PBAs the client may have (KB00002137)
- Coordinate with requested POC if data retrieval is necessary- local or OneDrive
- Deleting User data allows the device to be reused.
- Send an email to appropriate POC for Telephony/Mobile devices to be turned in/deactivated
