Turning on/off Automatic Replies for Shared Mailboxes
Section titled “Turning on/off Automatic Replies for Shared Mailboxes”Audience – For those that have been migrated to the Microsoft365 cloud with their own named-mailboxes and need to set up the automatic replies for the GM, Sales, and/or Planning Shared Mailboxes.
1. Open a web browser and go to https://outlook.office365.com/mail/[Email Address of Shared Mailbox] a. i.e. https://outlook.office365.com/mail/galwaydownssales@wedgewoodweddings.com
2. The Outlook sign in box will appear. Log in with your email address and password.
3. The Outlook Webmail will open with the Shared Mailbox. Click on the Settings Icon in the top right corner.
4. In the settings Search Bar, type Automatic replies, and select Automatic replies
5. The Automatic replies settings page will open. Click the toggle to turn on/off the automatic replies.
6. Click Save
