PROCEDURE Steps to grant access to Belardi Wong’s (BW) SharePoint Online Intranet Site.

REQUIREMENTS

Per agreements with our client POC, all onboarded BW employees are allowed Site Visitors - no control (Read) access to the company’s intranet site. Access requests beyond View rights should be authorized by Adstra’s Client POC.

STEPS

IMPORTANT: Follow these instructions strictly; granting permissions any other way may inadvertently grant inappropriate permissions!

1. Access BW’s SharePoint Online Site: https://belardiostroy.sharepoint.com/sites/Intranet/SitePages/Industry.aspx
2. Click the Cog/Gear icon in the toolbar.
3. Select Site permissions.
4. Select Advanced permissions settings (bottom of the pane).
5. Select Intranet Visitors.
6. Click New at the top of the permission list.
7. Choose Add Users.
8. Enter email address or name of the new user.
9. Click Share.
10. User will be notified in email their access has been granted.
