1. Find 3020-mini-1 in ScreenConnect and login.

2. Open up Chrome and navigate to https://10.20.55.13/uccxservice/main.htm.

3. Login with the credentials found in Password State under Domain\Service Accounts. (Cisco Unity Connection Administration)

4. Once logged in, go to the “Tools” tab and click on “Control Center – Network Services”. This page will be used for your monitoring to ensure everything comes back online.

5. Now open up PuTTY located on the taskbar of the desktop and SSH into 10.20.55.11, 10.20.55.12, and 10.20.55.13 and login with the same credentials from earlier.

6. Once logged in, type “utils system restart”; this will begin the restart process. Wait five minutes and then refresh the webpage in Chrome (you may need to login again).

7. Once the page has been refreshed, ensure that all the services listed have a status of in service and an uptime of 0 days.

8. Call 619-299-7012 x2261 and let it ring and get to voicemail to test.
