PROCEDURE

Work Instructions for Adstra and Belardi Wong Telephony/Voice/Phone System support and requests. Including: Call-flow, Adds, Changes, Password Assistance, Questions/ General Inquiries, Removes, or Setup / Configuration. Per both company policies they are only requesting soft-phone and call-forwarding options to employees. Physical phones are no longer supported.
