GPW - Fax to Email
Section titled “GPW - Fax to Email”GPW’s Fax to Email is provided by Shoretel as part of their Mitel hosted phone system.
To send a fax through email:
Section titled “To send a fax through email: ”1. Create a new email and attach the documents you want to send.
2. Set the from address to fax@gpw.cpa
3. Hit send.
4. The fax mailbox should receive a transmittal reply showing the fax was successfully sent.
Receiving Faxes:
Section titled “Receiving Faxes:”· Faxes sent to 619-282-7707 are received at the fax@gpw.cpa inbox.
To change the Fax to Email address:
Section titled “To change the Fax to Email address:”1. Log into https://portal.shoretelsky.com/ - Credentials are in pwstate.
2. Hover over Phone System, and select Users
3. Click on contact name GPW Fax
4. Change the Email address section to the desired email address.
5. Change the username to match the email address.
6. Test your changes be send a fax from that address and verify you receive a successful transmittal report.
