Perform the following steps when off boarding an employee at Adstra:
- Disable Active Directory account
- Move user account to Disabled ALC Users
- Remove user from all Microsoft 365 distribution lists
- Set the following attributes in ADSI for the users account
- msExchHideFromAddressLists - TRUE
- mailNickname - enter firstname.lastname
- Sync changes to Microsoft 365
- Verify mailbox is hidden from address list
- Convert mailbox to shared mailbox
- Hide the mailbox from the GAB. If this is a Belardi Wong user, please check on Adstra’s M365 and see if you see the person in Contact. Hide the contact in Adstra’s address book as well
- Setup email forwarding based on termination request
- Give access to mailbox based on termination request
- Remove O365 License(s)
- Change users voicemail password
- Adstra: Submit request to Mitel to reset VM PIN, remove user, and have number repurposed
- Belardi Wong: Submit request to Converge One to reset VM PIN, remove user, and have number repurposed.
- Establish call forwarding based on termination request
- PBAs
- Cognos: Send an email to Andrew Derosa at andrew.derosa@adstradata.com to verify need for license recovery
- Equipment return
- Check warranty status of the device via N-Central
- Devices with warranty life: cIT coordinates return to Poway for re-provisioning.
- Out of warranty: Add Nerissa Karim (nerissa.karim@adstradata.com) to the ticket and request coordinating the return of the device to Princeton
