When a user reports an error
- If you have any end user report this error (the file name will not always match this screenshot) then you need to run the System Rebuild process documented below. See the linked article at the end of this guide for reference as well.
- Every single user must have this application closed prior to the rebuild. Do not worry, it wont run at all if anyone is signed in. It will not tell you however who it is or how many. Best process is get an agreed upon time to have everyone sign out of their RDS session. Go on the connection broker and block connections to all RDS servers, get everyone signed out, and any local user have them close this app. Then you should be able to proceed.
- Sign into GPWAPPS2, search and open Office Manager
- The username is Admin, the password can be found in pwstate Prosystem FX Tax - Office Manager.

Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”-
If you run the Rebuild and get an error such at this. Simply close and re-run the process.

If after testing and end users report challenges still, run it a second time follow the same steps above.
