When should this KB be used or referenced?
Section titled “When should this KB be used or referenced?”- User forgets their CCH Prosystem Fx Tax password
- There is a self password reset when locked out for PFX Prosystem.
- Have the user use “Password reset” option when prompted that their account is locked.
- The user enters the hint found in 1Password. Go to Websites and look in the notes for PFX Prosystem to find the hint.
- Have user then follow the steps to reset their password.
