The Outlook password needs to be reset in the Office 365 portal as an app password.

Steps:

1. Have the user log into the Office 365 portal (they will need to put in an authentication code sent to them).

2. using this to generate the app password

3. Copy and paste the generated password to Notepad and then paste it into the password line for Outlook.
