When should this KB be used or referenced?
Section titled “When should this KB be used or referenced?”- Request to add Sharesafe option in Outlook
- In Outlook, go to File, then click “Slow and Disabled COM Add-ins”.
- In the window that opens, expand the caret next to “Options”.
- Select the radio button for “Always enable this add-in”.
- Select “Do not monitor this add-in for 30 days”.
- Close and re-open Outlook. The “Sharesafe” options will now be under the “CCH Axcess” tab in the ribbon on new emails.
