Login to 858’s Google Workspace account.www.google.com

Use credentials to log in: ctacadmin@8five8tx.com

Once logged in go to the admin portal.
- Under users go to add a user.
- Use the information from the new user specification form.
- Email naming convention is first initial, lastname @
- Once you click add new user the next screen will display the new users password.
Dropbox
Section titled “Dropbox”-
Login to dropbox account, in the admin console go to members.

Click invite members
- Now that you have access to the new user gmail, open the email from Dropbox and enroll the user using the same password.
Jumpcloud
Section titled “Jumpcloud”-
Log into JumpCloud

Click on “Administrator Login” on the top left. The default will always be user portal.

Enter the credentials found in 1Password

Verify you are on the User listing

Click on the Plus sign: To create a New User

Populate the Details page with the User’s information

Click on the Directories Tab

Select both JumpCloud LDAP and GSuite

Then Click Save User

Click on the user that was just created.

Scroll down to “User Security Settings and Permissions”

Set password to: 8Five8_%(StartDate)
