- Login to DC1.
- Open Services.
- Navigate to the IDSync Services:
- Stop both services.
- Start both services.
- Wait 15 minutes.
- Test login to M365 on web with user credentials.
- If the password does not appear to sync, follow Steps 5-8 and wait 15 more minutes.
- If after stoppin, and starting the services a second time, the password is not syncing, please reach out to the Kurtia IT Team for further troubleshooting steps (also reach out to the vITM as needed).
