  1. Login to DC1.
  2. Open Services.
  3. Navigate to the IDSync Services:
  4. Stop both services.
  5. Start both services.
  6. Wait 15 minutes.
  7. Test login to M365 on web with user credentials.
  8. If the password does not appear to sync, follow Steps 5-8 and wait 15 more minutes.
  9. If after stoppin, and starting the services a second time, the password is not syncing, please reach out to the Kurtia IT Team for further troubleshooting steps (also reach out to the vITM as needed).
