(If you already have Outlook Mobile setup, start here. If not proceed to second section)

Removing Outlook Profile

Start the Outlook app.

At the top left, select the menu icon (your image/letter may vary)

Next, tap Settings.

Tap the account you would like to remove/delete.

Scroll to the bottom. Tap Delete Account.

A small menu will appear, tap Delete (if there is an option, choose this device only)

Fully quit the application. (Enter recently opened applications and quit Outlook mobile)

Setup Outlook on your Mobile Phone using the Outlook App

Open Outlook App, and enter your email address. After this, press “Continue”.

Enter Your Email Address, then click continue.

You will be taken to the O365 sign in, where you enter your password (same as computer logon) and press sign in.

There may be another screen which prompts for a multi-factor authentication (MFA) token, which may vary depending on how you have it set up. Please provide the requested information to proceed.

The next screen asks to add another account, click Maybe Later.

You will then be at your Inbox where you can verify your email is synced with current items.
