- Create a diagram a. In a separate tab for only Audio-Visual, one tab per client location (if they have multiple sites in different cities/addresses then each one should have a tab) b. When possible include the real life picture of the device (can be grabbed for using the Images tool) c. Create a frame and label it with the room number/name that the equipment is located d. Capture the following information for each device: e. TV – Serial Number f. Neat Bar – Hostname, Serial number IP g. Neat Pad - Hostname, Serial number IP h. Draw lines : i. Neat Bar to TV – Label the HDMI ports being used j. Neat Bar and Pad to Network – document which switch port is being used
