Summary:
Section titled “Summary:”This is the steps to correct an issue with ConnectWise not able to send out emails (for invoicing) because the token has expired or to verify that the SMTP M365 Connector is working on the ConnectWise server.
These actions were to take place on CIT-CWS1 logging on with CWAdmin account (credential available in Passwordstate)

Section titled “Steps to take:”- Log in to Connectwise Web Server
- Navigate to Files > This PC > Local Drive > Program Files > Connectwise > ConnectwiseSMTPRelay
- Open Connectwise.SMTPRelay.installer.exe > Make email provider selection on Tab 1 > Tab
- Azure Permissions > Ensure the domain is in the ‘allowed domains’ field
- If there or after added, save and close installer
- Click Run > Services
- Right Click the ConnectWise Manage Email Delivery Service
- Restart 8. Attempt to send mail from ConnectWise PSA™
