  • POS: Blaze is the POS system. End users access this system through the small ipads they have in their main shop areas. Most of these are sitting on the counters of their main dispensary area.

  • If Blaze is down this is considered a Major outage and causing March & Ash to lose money. Any outage in this system needs to be considered a Priority 1.
